Lebanese President Michel Aoun condoled today, Sunday, Iraq for the Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital fire accident.
A statement by the Lebanese Presidency, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "the President of the Republic, General Michel Aoun, wired to his counterpart President Barham Salih, condoling the martyrs of the tragic accident that occurred at Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital in Baghdad."
President Aoun's telegram said: “As I share with you with great pain, I offer from you personally, and through you to your brotherly people, my deepest condolences, asking the Almighty to dwell in the martyrs in his spaciousness and soothe the sufferings of the wounded, raising his supplication to protect you from the humiliation of any evil so that you may remain the title of glory.”
