The United States of America condolences today, Sunday, to the fire accident at Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital in Baghdad.
The US embassy in Baghdad said on its official Facebook page, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the United States extends its deepest condolences to the victims of the Ibn al-Khatib Hospital fire in Baghdad last night and their families."
"Our hearts and prayers are with them, and we hope for a speedy recovery for the injured,".
Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi directed to hold an extraordinary session of the Council of Ministers today, against the backdrop of the tragic accident at Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital, and also directed to declare mourning for the lives of the hospital's victims.
