Today, Saturday, the Ministry of Transport announced the reception of Iraqi ports with commercial ships loaded with more than (40) thousand tons of sugar, food and consumer goods for the Ministry of Trade to enhance the ration card items.
In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Minister of Transport Abdullah Laibi confirmed that "the docks of Iraqi ports received more than 40 thousand tons of sugar, food and consumer goods yesterday for the benefit of the Ministry of Trade, to strengthen the ration card items", stressing "the necessity That the ports, their owners, and their berths be fully prepared and ready to work over a period of (24) hours to receive food and health supplies to deliver them to the citizens and fill the shortage in the market because of the current conditions. "
