A spokesman for the Ministry of Higher Education, Adnan Al-Arabi, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA) today, Wednesday, that "talking about allowing students who reject or dislike e-education or cannot use it to submit a request to postpone the school year without a validity."
He added that "the Ministry decided to adopt a part of the evaluation of the teaching performance for the academic year 2019-2020, based on the extent of his efforts and the exercise of his duties by applying the electronic platform during the current period."
