Commander-in-Chief of Armed Forces spokesman, Major General Abdul Karim Khalaf, stated that there are alternatives to training the security forces.
"There are alternatives to training the armed forces of all kinds," said Khalaf to Iraqi News Agency INA.
He pointed out that the US-Led coalition forces are not allowed to take any action without the approval of the Commander in Chief of Armed Forces.
Earlier, NATO announced the suspension of training operations in Iraq a day after the death of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards commander, Qassem Soleimani, near Baghdad airport.
