Iraqi MP calls for the formation of a special court on the killing of "October Revolution" demonstrators

MP Sabah al-Saadi called on the judiciary to "form a court specialized in the" October Revolution "to try the president and members of the government and security leaders at all levels and ranks who participated in the suppression of demonstrations and killing demonstrators."

Al-Saadi said in a press conference held in the House of Representatives: "I accepted today the resignation of the Prime Minister, which concluded its only year massacres against the Iraqi people, pointing out that" the resignation does not relieve him and his government of accountability for the massacres committed against the people because it is an order of the government.
