INA publishes decisions of the Prime Minister

On Saturday morning the Council of Ministers held an extraordinary session called by Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi to discuss the resignation of his sovereignty and the government and submit it to the House of Representatives.

The Prime Minister affirmed the principle of peaceful transfer of power in the democratic system, and that achieving the interests of the people is an easy goal. He also called on the House of Representatives to find appropriate solutions at its next session. He also called on members of the government to continue their work until the formation of the new government.

The Prime Minister reviewed the complex circumstances in which the government was formed, the challenges it faced and the achievements it has achieved in the past period in the internal and external relations.
