Integrity: The issuance of orders to bring the former Minister of Transport and the governor of Basra

The Integrity Commission announced the issuance of an order for the Minister of Transport and another against the former governor of Basra, based on the provisions of Article (340) of the Penal Code.

A statement issued by the Investigation Department of the Commission received by the Iraqi News Agency that the two cases that investigated and referred them to the judiciary, referred to the issuance of an order against the former Minister of Transport, based on the provisions of Article (340) of the Penal Code for the violation of the contract between the General Company for Ports One of the private companies involved in renting a piece of land behind the port of Al Maqal.
