Minister of Displacement and Migration Nofal Bahaa Mousa expressed his refusal of any demographic change because of displacement and migrating in any place in the country, during his meeting with number of returning families accompanied by members of high committee for relief and shelter for the displaced, general inspector in the ministry at Thalassif district in Talef in Nineveh.
The ministry said in a statement, which INA agency received a copy of, that "the minister Mousa assured that the ministry work doesn't be confined to encourage displacement families to returned just inside Iraq but it works on polarization those who are outside the country especially scientific competencies, experts, capital's owners to have benefit from them in stabilized and reconstructed the country".
And declared that "the ministry allotment sum of money for the returned family to its home, and it’s seeking through the request which will be submitted to prime minister, which include support the returned displacement families whose houses were destroyed by ISIS"
Thalassif which was inhabited by 1450 families, 800 only migrated outside Iraq.
