PM Adel Abdul Mahdi received Assistant Secretary of State for Conflict and Stabilization Operations Denise Natali on Wednesday.
He asserted the importance of developing mutual relations between the two countries and maintains the cooperation in order to provide security and stability as well as to end Daesh.
Abdul Mahdi also noted that the government is working to rehabilitate the recaptured areas and bring back the IDPs to their homelands.
For her part, Natali confirmed her country’s support to Iraq in terms of security and economic growth as well as supporting the government effort in applying the projects of reconstruction and stability.
