The President of the Iraqi Football Association, Adnan Darjal, confirmed today, Sunday, that the Prime Minister's support is a bright station in the history of the Federation.

The Football Association said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): that "The President of the Iraqi Football Association, Adnan Darjal, expressed his sincere thanks and great gratitude to the Prime Minister for his great support and generous efforts to overcome the obstacles facing the work of the Football Association."

Darjal explained according to the statement that "the Prime Minister's support is a bright station in the history of the Federation, and at the same time motivates us to work hard to achieve the set goals and the strategy aimed at our national team reaching the next World Cup."
