The head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Faleh al-Fayyadh, confirmed today, Thursday, that the leaders of victory sacrificed themselves for the sake of this country and achieved a great victory, while pointing out that the Mobilization is an official institution and is subject to the orders of the Commander-in-Chief and the limits of its work are Iraq.

Al-Fayadh said in his speech at the ceremony commemorating the fifth anniversary of the martyrdom of the leaders of victory, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis and Qassem Soleimani - which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The leaders of victory sacrificed themselves for the sake of this country and achieved a great victory," indicating that "the martyred leaders achieved the victory for which this march was launched."

He added that "the authority launched the name (Leaders of Victory) as well as those who issued the fatwa of sufficient jihad and their words have real and valuable evidence," noting that "the crime of assassinating the leaders of victory is heinous and reprehensible and all kinds of treachery are evident in it."
He stressed that "the martyrdom of the leaders of victory is a victory for the ideological and value system," explaining that "our loss of the leaders of victory is not in the absolute sense, but rather a loss of separation from them."
He explained that "by remembering the martyrdom, we must remember the master of the martyrs of the resistance, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah," noting that "victory over terrorism is a trust that must be preserved."

He stressed that "the Popular Mobilization Forces are an official institution and are subject to the orders of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and the limits of their work are Iraq and preserving its security and sovereignty and are committed to our borders drawn by the law," noting that "the Popular Mobilization Forces were founded on the concepts of jihad and sacrifice and perform their duty in the footsteps of the martyrs."

He stated that "there is interaction and a common understanding between the Mobilization Forces and the government and there is obedience to the government within the limits of the law and the constitution."
