SMC: The directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces are literally implemented to distribute and deploy units

    The spokesman for the Security Media Cell, Major General Tahseen Al-Khafaji, confirmed today, Sunday, that the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, are literally implemented to distribute and deploy security units.
     
    Al-Khafaji said in a statement to Al-Iraqiya News - followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): that "There is great cooperation between the security units and the Peshmerga with the continuation of visits, follow-up, redistribution and deployment of units."
     
    He added, "The directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces are literally implemented to distribute and deploy units on the ground," stressing "the existence of planning, coordination, vision and tactics for any possibility that may occur in the future."
     
    He continued, "The security forces will not stop following up and pursuing ISIS terrorist gangs wherever they are," explaining that "the security forces killed 5 terrorists from ISIS gangs yesterday."
     
      Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Mohammed Shia al-Sudani stressed today, Sunday, the need to exert maximum efforts to confront security challenges, noting that the security of Iraq is one of the government's top priorities, and any threat that could affect the country's territory and sovereignty will be confronted.
