Nineveh Elections Office confirmed on Friday, securing logistical materials in four electoral sites at a rate of 5 stations, while indicating that the number of voters in the special vote reached 1038 voters.
The media director of the Nineveh Elections Office, Sufyan Al-Mashhadani, said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The electoral sites in Nineveh Governorate have been secured for the Kurdistan Regional Parliament elections starting from the 15th of this month in preparation for the electoral event," noting that "there are 4 electoral sites at a rate of 5 stations (Sinjar - Zumar - Mosul Center - Qayyarah), and the number of voters in the special vote reached 1038 voters."
The statement added that "logistical materials were secured and distributed, in addition to the training division supervising the aforementioned sites," indicating that "the employees of the registration centers were trained according to the sites on the procedures for Election Day."
