The Ministry of Migration and Displacement announced today, Sunday, the reception of 250 Lebanese guests arriving by air via Baghdad International Airport during the past two days.
The ministry said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "Based on the directives of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani and Minister of Migration and Displacement Evan Faeq Jabro, the ministry's cadres at Baghdad International Airport received, during the past two days, two planes coming from Beirut Airport carrying new families of Iraqi guests, including 250 Lebanese citizens who came to Iraq due to the ongoing brutal Zionist aggression on Lebanon."
According to the statement "the ministry's cadres registered the Lebanese families and entered them into a special database in preparation for transferring them to the places designated for their shelter."
