The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) confirmed on Tuesday, that it has targeted three military bases of the Zionist entity in the vicinity of Tel Aviv.
In a statement followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), the IRGC stated, "We have targeted three military bases of the entity near Tel Aviv."
The National Security Committee in the Iranian Parliament also confirmed today that Iran's actions will be devastating if the Zionist entity attempts to harm the security of the country.
The committee's chairman, Ibrahim Azizi, stated in a statement followed by INA, "We indicated in the early days following the martyrdom of our guest, Ismail Haniyeh, that we would retaliate harshly," explaining that "the IRGC and our armed forces fulfilled the promise they made to our dear nation tonight."
He added, "This is the first wave from the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and our armed forces, and there is no doubt that if the Zionist regime miscalculates and takes actions that harm our security, the subsequent steps and waves will be devastating and extremely painful."
He continued, "Part of the promise made by the IRGC and our armed forces was fulfilled tonight," noting that "this indicates the readiness of the armed forces to respond decisively to any action."
