Al-Sudani oversees an urgent inquiry into reasons behind security breech in Amriya

Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, gave the order to launch an immediate investigation on Tuesday to determine the cause of the security breech that occurred in the Amriya area last night.
"The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, directed the Minister of Interior to conduct an immediate investigation to find out the reasons for the security breach by launching a number of Katyusha rockets from the Amiriya area last night," Major General Yahiya Rasool, the commander-in-chief's spokesman,told the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
"The directive included identifying the negligent within 48 hours and announcing the results of the investigation," he continued.
