INA - Baghdad The transfer of the data recorded no breach as it was completely secured and encrypted, announced the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC). “The Electronic equipments and programs have been successfully used during the elections,” explained Board of Commissioners on Sunday. That came in the statement of the IHEC that included the following: ‘IHEC worked on providing new data servers that were not connected to any internal or external network. The data have been transferred by a USB Flash Device connected to an accelerator to provide sooner results after the voting process. It contained all the voting data, photos of voting sheets and other reports that were encrypted as well. These data have been transferred via separated servers then started a process of matching between the server’s and the USB’s and they were 100% matching.
