Iraq, US discuss the recovery of wanted persons and concluding memorandums of understanding

Commission of integrity (COI) announced on Tuesday, that Iraq and the United States of America discussed the recovery of wanted persons and the conclusion of memorandums of understanding.
 
A statement by COI received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated, “The coordination team that accompanied the Prime Minister on his visit to the United States of America discussed several issues related to the recovery of wanted persons and smuggled assets as a result of corruption and the conclusion of memorandums of understanding.”
 
The statement added, "The discussions conducted by the coordination team also included emphasizing the importance of accelerating the conclusion of memorandums of understanding between the Iraqi Integrity Commission and the US Department of Justice on the one hand, and the Iraq Money Recovery Fund and the US Treasury on the other hand."
