Iraq extends condolences to Oman over victims of floods

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) offered on Tuesday, condolences to the Sultanate of Oman for the victims of torrential rains and floods. 
 
The ministry said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “We extend our sincere condolences and sincere sympathy to the government and people of the sisterly Sultanate of Oman for the victims of the torrential rains and floods that the Sultanate witnessed.”
 
The Ministry expressed "it’s full solidarity and sympathy and stands by the Sultanate to overcome this crisis."
 
The Ministry concluded its statement by saying: “We ask the Almighty God to bless the victims with His vast mercy, to inspire their families with patience and solace, and to grant all those injured a speedy recovery.”
