Many Arab circles condemned the bombing that targeted the 12th Brigade of the Popular Mobilization Forces in Baghdad and led to a number of martyrs and wounded.

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “The treacherous attack on one of the security headquarters in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, which led to the martyrdom of the Deputy Commander of Baghdad Belt Operations, Abu Taqwa al-Saidi, and another security element, and the wounding of six other elements represents A violation and infringement on Iraq’s sovereignty and security, in service of the Zionist agenda aimed at destabilizing the region.”.

Hamas added, "We extend to brotherly Iraq our deepest condolences, and we ask God Almighty to grant the wounded a speedy recovery, and to preserve Iraq's security and stability.".

The Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine also condemned, in a statement followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), the assassination, describing it as cowardly, stressing “the right of the Iraqi people and all peoples of the region to resist the occupation in all its forms and names.”.

The Islamic Jihad Movement  also stressed, "The cowardly assassinations carried out by the American and Zionist occupation against resistance leaders in the region will increase the cohesion of the resistance forces and the public rally around them," noting, "It has become clear that the freedom and prosperity of the peoples of our nation passes through confronting and expelling these occupations.".

The Islamic Jihad Movement extended its warm condolences to the “Al-Nujaba Movement, the Iraqi resistance, and the entire Iraqi people,” wishing a speedy recovery to the wounded.”.

The movement praised "the heroism of the Iraqi people and their supportive resistance to our people in the Gaza Strip in the face of the barbaric Zionist aggression.".

In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Sheikh Ali Al-Khatib, Vice President of the Supreme Islamic Shiite Council, also denounced the attack and described it as a criminal act.

He said in his statement: “This blatant aggression comes in line with the ongoing Zionist raids on Gaza, Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq, and constitutes a violation of Iraqi sovereignty, which was preserved by the blood of the martyrs, the army, the Iraqi armed forces, the Popular Mobilization Forces factions, and the other resistance forces that liberated Iraq from ISIS.”.

He stressed, "This aggression falls within the framework of targeting the resistance forces in the region that courageously confront the colonial project aimed at plunging our Arab and Islamic countries into chaos and turmoil, and it completes the goals of the aggression against Kerman and the southern suburbs, to confirm that the goals of the Zionist-American project are the same, in striking the resistance forces, shedding the blood of civilians, and destabilizing The security of the Arab and Islamic countries and the stability of their people.”.

He stressed that “Iraq, united with its people, army and resistance, is stronger than all aggression, and it is resistant to all conspiracies, seditions and attacks after the great victories it achieved in defeating the Takfiri gangs, and all attacks and crimes will not discourage the resolve of its people, army and PMF from resisting the occupation and liberating the land from the remnants of ISIS and preserve the sovereignty and stability of Iraq.”
