The Iraqi Paralympic tennis team won seven colorful medals in the International Endurance Federation (IWAS) Championship, held in Thailand from (1-9) December.
The Director of the Media Office of the Iraqi Paralympic Committee, Hisham Al-Salman, quoted the Secretary of the Paralympic Table Tennis Federation, Nassim Abdul Zaid, as saying, “The table tennis team participating in the International Endurance Federation (IWAS) Championship won one silver medal and six bronze medals in the individual event.”.
Abdel Zaid added, “The players who achieved medals are (Montadhar Farouk, a silver medal, another bronze medal, Muhammad Qahtan, two bronze medals, Muhammad Kazem, a bronze medal, and Ali Abdul Amir, a bronze medal).”.
