Ministry of Transport announced, on Sunday, that seismic observatories recorded an earthquake in Baghdad.
The Ministry said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "Seismic observatories at the General Authority for meteorological and seismic monitoring recorded an earthquake today in Baghdad”.
The Ministry added that "The tremor was recorded at 01:02:12, this day, local time, and its magnitude reached (3,5) It is 35 km southeast of the capital, Baghdad.”
The Ministry added that "it was felt by the citizens”, It stressed that " We have not received any significant losses”.
