Sayyid Al-Sistani's office expresses condolences on the death of scientist Sheikh Mahdi Al-Musli Al-Qatifi

The Office of the Grand Religious Authority, Sayyid Ali Al-Sistani offered Sunday, condolences on the death of the scientist Sheikh Mahdi Al-Musali Al-Qataifi.

The office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "Dear ones at the scientific Seminary in Medina, we have received with sorrow and regret the news of the death of the scientist Sheikh Mahdi Al-Musali Al-qutifi, whose continuous efforts helped in founding and developing your blessed Seminary during the last two decades".

The office added, "As we console you and all the other brothers of the faithful in Medina and in Qatif, especially its scholars, and the family of the deceased in this terrible lose, we ask Allah Almighty to rest him with his mercy, gather him with Muhammad and Ahl al-Bayt and inspire all his lovers and those familiar with him patience and solace".
