PM Al-Sudani Receives Prime Minister of Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq

Media Office of the Prime Minister stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency INA that "Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani, received today, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq, Mr. Masrour Barzani, and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Mr. Qubad Talabani, and the delegation accompanying them."

The statement added that "During the meeting, they emphasized the need to find a constitutional and legal solution to the ongoing legal and financial issues between the Federal Government and the Kurdistan Regional Government."

The Prime Minister emphasized according to the statement that "the current government's approach is centered on achieving long-lasting stability and resolving disputes effectively. He emphasized the government's commitment to finding comprehensive solutions for matters related to the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, emphasizing that the federal government has been actively working to safeguard the living standards of all Iraqi citizens, including those residing in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, ensuring that their rights are not compromised through any legal or administrative issues."
