MOFA announces the opening of the consular certification building in Kirkuk

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the opening of the consular certification building in Kirkuk Governorate.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Planning, Hisham Al-Alawi, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs opened the office of consular certifications in Kirkuk, in the presence of Governor Rakan Saeed Al-Jubouri and a number of officials and security leaders in the province.".

He added, "The office will give citizens an opportunity to complete their transactions in the province without the need to visit the capital, Baghdad, and it will be a new gain for the people of Kirkuk."
