Minister of Defense arrives in Bulgaria

Defense Minister Thabet Mohammed Al-Abbasi arrived Wednesday in the Republic of Bulgaria, on an official visit, to discuss issues of common interest between the republics of Iraq and Bulgaria.

According to a statement by the Ministry of Defense, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "Defense Minister Thabet Mohammed Al-Abbasi arrived in the Republic of Bulgaria, on an official visit, to discuss issues of common interest between the republics of Iraq and Bulgaria."

He added that "the Minister of Defense met with the Bulgarian Minister of Industry at the headquarters of the Ministry of Industry, and during the meeting they discussed bilateral relations and ways of joint cooperation between the two countries, in order to serve common interests."
