4 terrorists arrested in Nineveh, including an ISIS leader: FIIA

FIIA announced on Sunday the arrest of 4 terrorists in Nineveh, including an ISIS leader.

"The detachments of the Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency FIIA at the Ministry of Interior were able to carry out multiple duties in Nineveh province, which resulted in the arrest of four suspects who were proven to belong to ISIS terrorist gangs, and carried out so-called invasions and took up arms against security forces in previous years," FIIA said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

It added, "The investigations confirmed that one of the terrorists was moving in three provinces (Diyala, Kirkuk and Nineveh) and was considered one of the dangerous leaders," pointing out that "the necessary legal measures were taken against them."
