Jordan was ranked the third unhappiest country in the Arab world in the World Happiness Report for the year 2023 issued by the United Nations Monday.
Globally, Jordan ranked 123 on the World Happiness Report for the year 2023.
Lebanon was at the bottom of the list, ranking 136 out of 137 countries included in the report.
The UAE topped the ranking of the happiest countries in the Arab world (26) on the list, followed by Saudi Arabia (30), then Bahrain (42).
The Comoros Islands, the second unhappiest country in the Arab world, ranked 130.
Finland ranked first globally as the happiest country, followed by Denmark, then Iceland.
The Israeli Occupation ranked fourth, followed by the Netherlands, then Switzerland.
