Al-Sudani, King of Jordan discuss cooperation in the economic and trade fields

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani met on Tuesday, with Jordan's King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein, during his visit to the Kingdom, to participate in Baghdad 2^nd Conference for Cooperation and Partnership, which is being held in the presence of a number of leaders of brotherly and friendly countries.
 
A statement by the Prime Minister's Media Office, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "The meeting witnessed discussing the aspects of cooperation between the two countries, and ways to enhance the economic and trade fields, in the interest of the two brotherly countries, and the prosperity of their peoples."
 
He added that "The two sides also discussed a number of regional and international issues of common concern, Iraq's pivotal role in the region and its keenness to cooperate in everything that would enhance regional security and stability in the region."
