The spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs-MOFA, Ahmed Al-Sahhaf, confirmed on Tuesday, that Baghdad Conference for Cooperation and Partnership will emphasize Iraq's active role and support the national economy.
“Baghdad Cooperation and Partnership Conference, in its second session in Amman, will witness more programs to support the national economy and devote more efforts to the openness of foreign policy, within the framework of Iraq's multiple partnerships based on the diversification of economic portals,” Al-Sahhaf told the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
It is to be mentioned that the Prime Minister's Office said in a statement that "the government delegation headed by Al-Sudani will discuss, at Baghdad 2nd Cooperation Summit, bilateral relations with the leaders of the participating countries, and mechanisms of cooperation and partnership in facing economic, security and climate challenges."
