Al-Hasnawi confirms IMN’s role in supporting work of health institutions

INA- BAGHDAD 

The Minister of Health, Saleh Mahdi Al-Hasnawi, confirmed Thursday the importance of the role of the Iraqi Media Network IMN in supporting the work of health institutions, while the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Iraqi Media Network, Dr. Jaafar Al-Wonan, indicated the IMN's continuation in supporting the health awareness programs of the Ministry.

The ministry stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Minister of Health, Saleh Mahdi Al-Hasnawi, received today the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Iraqi Media Network, Dr. Jaafar Al-Wonan, in the presence of the official spokesman for the Ministry of Health at the ministry's headquarters."

During the meeting, Al-Hasnawi emphasized "the important role of the Iraqi Media Network in assigning the work of the Ministry of Health and its health institutions by delivering its health awareness messages to citizens that aim to improve the health conditions ," expressing his thanks for "the support of the Iraqi Media Network to the Ministry and its media coverage of the priorities of the government program of the Ministry of Health in  Education for the application of the health insurance law and the services provided by health institutions to citizens.

 For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Iraqi Media Network, Dr. Jaafar Al-Wonan, praised "the Ministry of Health, its health institutions and its white army," stressing that "the IMN continues to support the health awareness programs of the Ministry."
