Health minister, IMN’s Head affirm need of media in raising awareness for citizens

The Ministry of health said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency INA, that minister Saleh Mahdi Al-Hasnawi received on Wednesday the head of the Iraqi Media Network, Dr. Nabil Jassim, they both affirmed the need for media in raising health awareness.

On his part, Al-Hasnawi confirmed "the importance of the role of the media in conveying health awareness and education messages to citizens, stressing to continue cooperating and coordinating between the Ministry of Health and the Iraqi Media Network."
He also expressed thanks to IMN for its role in backing up the ministry’s awareness campaigns.
