The Office of the Prime Minister, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, has designated an email to receive complaints from those who have been subjected to torture or coerced confessions.
The media office of the Prime Minister said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "according to the directives of the Prime Minister, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, and for the importance of providing all legal guarantees for the accused during the investigation stages, including not to extract confessions from him under duress or coercion.
According to Article (19- Fifth) of the Constitution, we call upon anyone who has been subjected to any form of torture, or forcible extraction of confessions, to submit his complaint to the Prime Minister’s Advisor for Human Rights, supported by supporting evidence, via the following e-mail:

Or to the Personal Secretary of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces via the following e-mail:
( [email protected] ) in order to promote and protect human rights in Iraq.
