President Rashid stresses to Sayyed Al-Hakim importance of uniting efforts to form new government

The President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid Wednesday assured on Wednesday to the head of the National Wisdom Movement, Sayyed Ammar al-Hakim, the importance of uniting national efforts in order to form the new government in order to meet the aspirations of citizens.

A statement by the Presidency of the Republic, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), said that "the President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, received at Al-Salam Palace in Baghdad, the head of the National Wisdom Movement Ammar al-Hakim."

"Sayyed Al-Hakim extended congratulations to President Abdul Latif Rashid on his election as President of the Republic, wishing him success in his duties," the statement said.

The president expressed his "thanks and appreciation to Sayyed Ammar al-Hakim for his congratulations," stressing "the importance of uniting national efforts in order to form the new government in order to meet the aspirations of citizens."
