The OPEC Plus decision, oil rises 2% and approaches $94 a barrel

    Following the decision of the OPEC Plus group to reduce production by about two million barrels per day, global oil prices rose by more than 2. Brent crude futures recorded $93.77 a barrel, an increase of $2 and 69 cents from yesterday's closing price of $91.08.

    The price of US crude rose to $88.12 in the latest update of futures prices for the month of December.
