Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani Meets with German Software Giant SAP Regional President for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) South in Riyadh

    “Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani, met today on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Riyadh, the German software giant SAP Regional President for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) South, Emmanuel Raptopoulos, along with his delegation. The meeting focused on exploring cooperation opportunities with SAP, known globally for producing software for economic operations management and developing effective data processing and information flow solutions” the Prime Minister's Media Office stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
     

    “Prime Minister Al-Sudani discussed the potential for a joint work program with SAP that includes utilizing their services to align government visions with a comprehensive technological outlook. This initiative aims to digitize the economy, fostering innovation and improving investment environment. The government also looks to incorporate this software technology into specialized college curricula and training programs in institutional software fields” , the statement added .
     
    Raptopoulos expressed SAP's readiness to “collaborate with the Iraqi government in technological areas to help implement its vision and plans towards an economy aligned with global technological advancements”.
