Death sentence against a terrorist for blowing car bomb up in Diyala

Dhi Qar Criminal Court issued on Tuesday, a death sentence against a terrorist criminal for the explosion of a car bomb in Diyala province.


The terrorist blew a car bomb in Diyala province -Baquba, which resulted the killing of a citizen and the injury of other civilians, the supreme judicial council –SJC said in a statement, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).



"The judgment that is issued against the terrorist criminal is in accordance with article (7/3, 1) and article (4/1) of Anti-Terrorism Act No. 13 of 2005,” the statement added.
