The Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mustafa Ghalib Mokhif, discussed cooperation frameworks with the President of the Iraqi-British Business Council, Baroness Emma Nicholson.
The media office of the Central Bank stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): " Mokhif received Nicholson, today, and during the meeting, they discussed frameworks for cooperation, training, developing banking cadres and building bilateral partnerships, to serve the banking and economic sector in Iraq."
"The governor reviewed the development initiatives of the Central Bank of Iraq that contributed to advancing the Iraqi economy, including active and vital sectors that addressed the requirements of Iraqi society." The media office added.
"Nicholson welcomed the central bank's steps at various levels, stressing its keenness to cooperate during the next stage." According to the statement.
