Arab Information Ministers voted to re-elect Iraq as head of the Executive Office

    The Council of Arab Information Ministers in the League of Arab States, in its meeting held in Cairo, voted to re-elect Iraq as head of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Information Ministers headed by Mujahid Abu al-Hail.
    Abu al-Hail stressed, according to a statement issued by the Media and Communications Commission, that the Iraqi News Agency (INA) received a copy of it, during his speech at the meeting, he stressed the need to focus on media files that reflect positive images of Arab countries in a manner befitting their history, civilization and the future of their children.
    It is noteworthy that the Permanent Committee of Arab Media unanimously renewed yesterday, Tuesday, the recommendation to elect Iraq as head of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Information Ministers.
    Iraq holds the presidency of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Information Ministers for the second session, in addition to the presidency of the Arab Media Committee headed by Dr. Nabil Jassim, head of the Iraqi Media Network.
