Al-Hedod FC: A complaint about Mauritanian Souaid sent to FIFA

    The administrative body of Al-Hedod Sports Club announced that it is in the process of submitting a formal complaint to the International Football Association - FIFA against the Mauritanian professional player, Mohammed Souaid.

    "The player signed his joining contract with the team since the opening of the summer transfer season, in addition to the arrival of the clearance between the player and his former club, Nouadhibou, to the management of our club," said the club's secretary, Hazim Timoz, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.

    Timoz added, "Although we concluded the deal to join the player's first team early on, we did not oppose his presence with his country's national team and allowed him to join throughout the previous period."

    "We were surprised by the player's procrastination by not coming to Baghdad and being with his colleagues in the team camp on the one hand, and the Mauritanian Federation deliberately not sending the player's international dispensation card on the other hand, despite our communication with them and our request to send it over and over again," he noted.

    Regarding the measures that the border administration to be taken, the soccer team supervisor confirmed that "the administration have the right to file an official complaint against the player and the Mauritanian federation to the International Federation FIFA, and that it has actually started the procedures for filing a complaint by the club's lawyer."
