Inter president Steven Zhang has reportedly decided that Milan Skriniar will not be sold this summer following Paris Saint-Germain’s approach today.
The Ligue 1 giants are rapidly looking to add some more reinforcements to their squad ahead of the closure of the transfer window later this month, and one of their key targets is Skriniar. Reports today detailed how PSG met with the Nerazzurri today and presented another €50m plus add-ons offer for the Slovakian centre back.
As highlighted by TMW and Gianluca Di Marzio, Zhang has seemingly informed his investors that he will not let Skriniar leave Inter this summer following PSG’s latest offer, which is the same was the one proposed two months ago.
The Inter president will not sell Skriniar for any realistic price this summer, allowing Simone Inzaghi to continue working peacefully. Work will soon be started on a contract renewal for the 27-year-old defender, as his current deal expires next year.
