The Iraqi Muaythai team won, today, Friday, 6 new medals in the World Youth Championship, which is currently being held in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur.
A reporter for the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated, "The player Youssef Khaled achieved the silver medal, while the player Aba Al-Fadl Abbas added a second silver medal with the effectiveness of the Wi-Craw after he won the gold yesterday.".
He added, "The players, Ali Mahmoud, Abdullah Khalil, Haider Ali, and Salah Safaa, each won a bronze medal," noting that "the number of medals won by the Iraqi youth amounted to 7, with one gold and two silver medals in addition to to 4 bronze medals," expressing hope that "the youth of Iraq in Muay Thai will add other medals in tomorrow's competitions."
