MOFA: International support defend Iraq's sovereignty in the Security Council

Ministry of Foreign Affairs – MOFA announced on Monday, that it is mobilizing national efforts to unify the Iraqi position on the Turkish aggression, while indicating that there is international support for defending Iraq's sovereignty in the Security Council.
 
“MOFA has mobilized national efforts at the level of the Parliament and the Iraqi government to unify the Iraqi position regarding the Turkish aggression. This will raise the Iraqi diplomatic decision,” said MOFA spokesman, Ahmed Al-Sahaf to the Iraqi News Agency – INA.
 
He added, "The Iraqi diplomacy, in turn, also mobilized all the efforts of Iraq's partners and friends over the Turkish aggression," noting that "it had obtained multiple sources of support via statements and positions in support of the government and people of Iraq. Then, promised to strongly adopt official Iraqi reports within the Security Council, as well as to defend Iraq's sovereignty and protect its position.”
