Diyala Operations Command of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) announced on Sunday, finding a stack of munitions containing anti-armor missiles in one of Al-Saadiya’s village in Diyala province.
"A force from the first regiment at Diyala Operations Sector Command carried out a raid and search operation in a number of villages in Al-Saadiya district,” said The Operations Commander, Talib Al-Moussawi, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
Al-Moussawi explained, "The operation resulted in the discovery of a stack of munitions, including 21 RPG-7, a launcher and 10 ammunitions prepared for detonation," noting that "the operation was carried out based on accurate intelligence information."
