Iraqi Airways issues a notice regarding travel to China

The General Company for Iraqi Airways issued on Saturday, a notice regarding flights to China.

"The management of the General Company for Iraqi Airways would like to show travelers wishing to travel to the Republic of China that the company is working in accordance with the official contexts and procedures for transporting Chinese and Iraqi travelers as according to schedules are determined by those procedures," said the company in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.

The statement added, "What has been circulated on social media about our refusal to transport Iraqi travelers is false information and is intended to offend only," pointing out that "the national carrier will carry out a direct flight to China on 2nd, next August."
