Ministry of Health detected 12 new cases of Cholera in Iraq.
"Health institutions detected 12 new cases of Cholera during the past 24 hours. 8 of the cases were recorded in Baghdad / Rusafa," said the Ministry's spokesman, Saif Al-Badr to Al-Iraqiya News TV, followed up by the Iraqi News Agency – INA.
He noted that, "The total number of Cholera cases reached 59."
Regarding COVID-19 cases, Al-Badr stressed that “the seriousness of the current epidemic wave has not yet been revealed,” recommending that preventive measures are to be followed, highlighting the necessity of taking the vaccine.
Al-Badr included that "the positive cases among the tests exceed 20%."
