Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi on Saturday, laid the foundation stone for the first phase of the school buildings project.
A statement by the Prime Minister's Media Office received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that "Al-Kadhimi laid the foundation stone for the school buildings project, which includes the construction of 1,000 model schools throughout Iraq," noting that "the project is within the Iraqi-Chinese agreement."
