PM: Imam al-Sistani's fatwa turned the setback into victory

Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi confirmed that the fatwa of the supreme religious authority, Ali Al-Sistani, turned the retreat into an rush and the setback into victory.
Al-Kadhimi said in a tweet on his Twitter account,  that "Imam Al-Sistani's fatwa transformed the retreat into a rush, and the setback into a victory, and it tightened the arms of the heroes to save Iraq, and brought out the true belief, in which was the death of terrorism."
He added, "All our security forces, will remain Iraq's striking and ready hand to deter any aggression."
