Iraqi Meteorological Organization and Seismology (IMOS), at the Ministry of Transport announced on Monday, that two new earthquakes were recorded in Sulaymaniyah Governorate.
"Our seismic observatories recorded two earthquakes at dawn this Monday in Sulaymaniyah Governorate", said IMOS in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
The first earthquake was a 3.4-magnitude, 23 km southeast of Kalar district in Sulaymaniyah province, while the second one was (4.1) magnitude, 31 km southeast of Kalar district in Sulaymaniyah province."
